Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Switch, Mastercard and Delta. You can also pay by Paypal on fliss@roseequestrian.co.uk. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, Royal Mail or over the Internet. Please allow 7-10 days for cheque clearance if you order by post.
Shipping And Handling Postage on all orders for delivery within the UK mainland is up to £8.00 (including VAT). Items of a lighter weight i.e. homeopathy will be charged at cost. Cost of postage will be confirmed to you prior to any payment being taken.
Delivery Schedule - We endeavour to despatch your order as promptly as possible when paid for by credit/debit card. Please allow an additional 7-10 working days if paying by cheque.
Back Orders - Should your item not be in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you to allow you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security - We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.

| Guaranteed Refunds and/or exchanges are given (less postage charges) on all goods returned to us unused and undamaged within 7 days of customer receipt and in an "as new condition including packaging".
When returning goods we strongly advise that you obtain Proof of Postage as a minimum in case the item does not arrive with us.
